ESS was engaged to manage the NSW Government’s interests for the delivery of the Newcastle Bus Interchange and The Store Redevelopment, a $200 million redevelopment project delivering key public infrastructure, future Government office space, and residential units. ESS administered the contractual obligations on behalf of Hunter & Central Coast Development Corporation divesting of multiple development sites to the Doma Group whilst also achieving handover of the Newcastle Bus Interchange, a $20 million asset, to Transport for NSW.
