ESS was engaged to manage the compulsory acquisition of the heavy rail corridor from Railcorp to Hunter & Central Coast Development Corporation. This also included the divestment of over $5 million of HCCDC owned land to Transport for NSW for the project and a myriad of land transactional matters, including infrastructure provisioning, easements, subdivisions, over $1.5 million in cost savings, road/infrastructure planning and land transfers.
